Christmas Music Boxes

There is something about music that adds so much spirit and life to Christmas decor. That's why I love so many of the vast variety of enchanting music boxes that are out there right now. For kids, they are truly magical. Last year, I bought a retro looking little TV set from Gump's that plays Christmas carols with an animated scene of carolers inside (see below). My girls and their friends are fascinated by it. I think I am going to add a new music box each year. They're highly collectible and so decorative!

Animated Nutcracker Music Box, $195: I am taking my girls to a children's performance of the Nutcracker this Sunday. It's become a holiday tradition for us, and the girls think it's magical. This stunning animated music box will bring the magic home.
